CCBN Collaborates with The Center for African American Health, a leading resource for disease prevention, chronic disease management programs and health education for African Americans in Metropolitan Denver. One of its major collaborations is a partnership with more than 80 black churches called Faith and Health Ministries. The Colorado Council of Black Nurses has partnered with the Center on many community outreach initiatives over the past 5 years. More information about the Center, its mission and program priorities can be found on their website at: www.caahealth.org
